Our goal is to be New Mexico’s first choice for all your aviation catering needs, as well as personal shopping and concierge services.

• Each meal is prepared to order by Chef Sam and team, in our new 1250+ square foot kitchen. 
• All orders are tailor made per client packaging and presentation specifications. 
• We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and allergy-limited options for clients.
• Our services include personal shopping, flower arrangements, cakes and cupcakes, gifts and cards.
• Our facility is HACCP compliant, State and City licensed.

We are located in Albuquerque, NM, approximately 10 minutes from Atlantic Aviation and Cutter Aviation (KABQ). 

Double Eagle Airport (KAEG) is located approximately 30 minutes from our kitchen.

We are happy to serve the Jet Center at Santa Fe and Signature Flight Support, located at the Santa Fe Airport (KSAF). 
Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes lead time for all orders.
 
Clients requesting services in all other New Mexico Airports (i.e. Moriarty, Taos, Raton, Grants, or Farmington), please contact us 48 hours in advance.
